2015年是一個充滿對比的年份：春天極為寒冷，隨後5月中旬到8月中旬的夏季又經歷了長時間的熱浪，還伴隨著異常晴朗的天氣和乾旱。這導致了水分壓力和不同地塊葡萄成熟速度不同。2015年8月是自1961年以來最熱的8月。值得慶幸的是，8月下半月的降雨結束了乾旱，重新啟動了成熟過程。收穫於9月7日開始，當時陽光明媚。葡萄的優良健康狀況使得葡萄可以在三週內進行最佳的採摘。品嚐葡萄時顯示出豐盛但不過度飽滿的內容。

香氣：最初有些低調，帶有烘烤的氣息和可可的味道。隨後，香氣逐漸展開，如同一束鮮豔的花卉。茉莉花與牡丹，突顯了葡萄酒的辛香與木質層次，尾韻有茴香和豆蔻般的辛香料。
