Dalat is located in Vietnam’s Central Highlands. Noted for its cooler climate it is often said that in Dalat, you can experience all four seasons in a single day. Known as the “City of Eternal Spring”, mist covers the surrounding valleys, and roads twist between pine woods and fields of flowers.

THE FINEST INGREDIENTS
Proudly handcrafted in small batches using vibrant Vietnamese botanicals, including lotus flower, jasmine, cubeb and chrysanthemum. Plus the finest Italian juniper.

TASTING NOTES
Bright floral nose of jasmine and chrysanthemum with vibrant citrus and earthy notes of lotus and coriander.

COCKTAILS
This gin makes a fantastic gin and tonic, garnished with a fresh lemon wheel and edible flowers, and brings something new to classic gin cocktails like the Negroni.
