會安位於越南中部沿海地區，是一座被列入聯合國教科文組織世界遺產名錄的古城。昔日，會安曾被視為橫跨歐亞大陸香料貿易航線上最重要的港口城市之一，商賈雲集，繁華一時。

時至今日，人們仍能從保存完好的古城風貌中，一窺這段充滿魅力的歷史。古城內一棟棟標誌性的黃色商賈宅邸，靜靜訴說著會安作為國際貿易樞紐的輝煌過往，讓這座城市至今依然散發著獨特而迷人的文化韻味。

Hoi An is located on Vietnam’s central coast. This World Heritage site was once considered to be the most important port city of the transcontinental Spice Trade. A glimpse into this magical past can still be seen today in the well-preserved yellow merchant houses of The Ancient Town.

THE FINEST INGREDIENTS
Aromatic cardamom, cassia and ginger have a prominent role in the past of Hoi An, and are key ingredients in this latest release. Vibrant and fragrant notes of pepper are given balance from fresh and lively lime and pomelo.

TASTING NOTES
Paying homage to the flavours exchanged at this magical World Heritage site, our latest creation features fragrant notes of cardamom, cassia, ginger and pepper, balanced with zesty lime and pomelo.

COCKTAILS
Wonderful with spicy ginger beer, ginger ale or your favorite tonic water. This lively gin also mixes well with tomato juice to make a fantastic Red Snapper (Gin Bloody Mary) and adds a savory twist to your favourite martini.
