Rum’s dark richness and rosé’s delicate charm might not seem like a natural pairing, but one sip of Insolito will change your mind.

Its name translates to “unusual,” and Insolito is unusual in the best way possible.

This rum was inspired by Provence rosés.

All the expertise of our Master Blender, Cynthia Vargas, unchained to envision a single creation: a batch of limited bottles of our very best aged rums, firstly carbon filtered and then aged for an extra three years in a Solera of ex-tempranillo wine barrels. Finally, it is married with a core of our iconic Matusalem Gran Reserva 15 to create this unique rusty rosé rum.

Ron Matusalem has always viewed casks as being of the utmost importance when aging. Each of these imparts an impressive depth and body.
